Crystal Cruises will pay tribute to character actors: the villains, sidekicks and familiar faces that have made their mark on film and theatre history. Aboard the line's Aug. 31 Film & Theatre Festival voyage on Crystal Symphony, the tribute features noted actor Bruce McGill, along with theatre lecturers, producer Steven Rivellino and author and historian Robert Kimball. A departure from the typical crossing, the 14-day transatlantic cruise will call in Dublin, Ireland; Reykjavik, Iceland; Nuuk, Greenland; and Halifax, Nova Scotia. Theater historian, author and Grammy Award nominee Kimball is artistic adviser to both the Gershwin Trusts and the Cole Porter Trusts, and a consultant on musical theatre to the Library of Congress.
